  • Fitting

My attachments fit most headset brands!
From Turtle Beaches to Astros to Logitech G733 style of headsets I have had good feedback with.
Straps should be tightened pretty tight for a secure stay.
The thicker the band, the more support it will have and the more stability you will get.
I always give measurements in each description and do ask that you measure your personal headset if you’re skeptical about fit.

I just ask you keep in mind your style of headphones and the design that you're looking at. Not all headphones are shaped the same way and neither are heads. All bands will bend differently, I strongly ask people consider what designs they're looking at for their headphones.

  • How it works

All designs are made to order - meaning when you buy it, it goes into my queue and I make it

    Unless stated Ready to Ship.

Made to order designs can be customized in color, sometimes size, and extra’s using the forms after a set is added to cart
(Some designs have more options than others).

Ready to Ship are items that are already made and ready to be shipped out ASAP, all sets that are pre-printed will be in the “Ready to Ship” section.

  • Processing Times

    PROCESSING:

Processing times for printing shifts depending on my queue length, total orders, etc.
I go in order of time receive and I am one person!
There is a 1-5 processing time for orders. Some delays may pop up: a printer may need to be repaired, an order may need to be printed more than once, I may be out of material, a file may be giving me some trouble, etc.
I also pack, design, do everything for the sho( bS myself so it can be taxing on me
(ORDERS MAY RUN OVER THE 5 WEEK MARK IF THE QUEUE IS LARGER THAN EXPECTED, I TRY MY BEST TO MANAGE THAT QUEUE.)
Updates are always posted every Monday to my TikTok and IG stories.

  • Shipping

Normally I ship out Twice a week, once at the beginning of the week and towards the end. I use the weekends to process as many orders as I'm able, typically shipping labels are printed on Sunday and orders are packed up on Monday.
(This also allows for me to take a little bit of a break).

U.S. Orders can take up to 7-9 days in transit.
Canadian Orders can take up to 1-3 week(s) in transit.
International Orders can take up to 4-8 weeks

*International shipping is through Asendia, once the package is in your designated country it is handed off to your local postal service for delivery or pick up. Your postal service should notify you, every country is different though.
(Click here to go to the tracking site I use)

I am not responsible for any outstanding tax or fees.
Once a package leaves my hands I have no control over the shipping journey.

  • Weight

Though my sets are not heavy, if you order a large set you will notice them on your head. Just as if you ordered large horns on a headband, it'll take a little adjusting to get used to.
In transit my pieces don't usually scratch over 5oz or so.

It is asked that you keep in mind what you are accustomed to wearing. If you're not used to weight on your head you may want to start out with something smaller.
If you're actively moving, walking around, and/or exercising please keep in mind of the space you have available to you.

  • Returns and Issues

I do not accept returns as every order is made for each individual that orders from my shop.
If you ever run into an issue with your order I am more than happy to answer questions or assist.

Damage during transit - if your order has been damaged during transit I have no issue reprinting the order.
If you run into damages during transit please feel free to email me but understand that I could not control that. I do my best to package things nicely and compactly to avoid any drops from happening but everyone is human.

If you run into a size issue, I list all measurements in each description so there are no surprises when the order arrives.

  • Imperfections

My pieces are not mass produced in a factory, I produce them in my home with my 3D printers so imperfections do happen.

While I do my best to sand down/cut down support parts, sharp edges, etc. print lines and texture will be more apparent up close and in person.
None of my videos or photo's are edited, camera doesn't always pick up imperfections or textures.
I try my best to maintenance and cycle all my machines properly but minor imperfections do happen - dark spots/lines, tiny gaps, support grooves/imprints, etc.
Please remember that I am just one person.

  • Wiggle/Fit

Some pieces with a slim base(ex. bunny ears, wings, etc.) will have wiggle especially on the slimmer styled bands, if they aren’t tightened down they WILL MOVE.
Not every headset is shaped the same way and not everyone’s head is the same size/shape.
If you’re having a hard time with wiggle, trying moving where they are located on the band.

  • Cloth Headsets

Please be careful if you have a cloth support on your headphones with the velcro straps. If the sticky side is placed on the cloth piece, it will stick and may cause fraying.

  • Commissions

Currently I do not take commissions but I do have a request list I work off of at my own pace. Designs can take me a while on top of orders so I usually don't have time to dedicate to commissions.
You're free to make a request or join my Ko-Fi where there is a priority request list that will bump your request to the top of my list to work on. Requests will not be exclusive as the designs will be added to the shop.

When it comes to copyrighted requests/designs I try my best to stay away from copyrighted material and fan art as I am the sole proprietor of my shop.

  • Files

I do not have my files posted anywhere for sale or download.
It is something I have been back and forth on, at the end of the day its just not something I'm comfortable with even with licenses.

  • Gradient Pieces

    Gradient pieces are surprise colors.
Most gradient options I offer have multiple colors, depending on where your set starts and ends on the roll is what color it will get.
Shorter designs will get 1-2 colors at most, while larger sets will get a fuller variety of colors.
I do not control, or cut materials, it is all a random roll.

To get a full rotation of colors it takes at least 8-10 hours of printing.

  • Glow in the Dark

All glow in the dark materials are UV/Sunlight activated, sitting them near sunlight or using UV light will charge them. The less they are charged the less they will glow and vice versa.

  • Painting and Decorating

Sets can be painted and decorated.
No matter the base color that is selected you can paint on them. Darker colors may need more coats of paint, especially if you're planning to paint with a lighter color.
I have painted pieces with and without primer with acrylic paint in the past. It is up to you if you wish to sand the sets or not further.

Paint brands I have used include
    Apple Barrel, Golden, and Arteza.
There have been customers that have used nail polish as well to decorate their sets.

The painted butterfly wings on my shop are painted with acrylic paint and sealed with UV resin.
Drips on horns are UV resin that has been colored with acrylic paint.

For any repairs or gluing decorations I recommend gorilla glue or a plastic based glue.

  • Materials

My pieces are made from PLA which is a plant based bioplastic - PLA consists of renewable raw materials and is biodegradable in industrial composting plants.
While it is a plastic, PLA is still a lot more environment-friendly than plastics derived from petroleum-based sources.
I do my best to make sure I limit my waste of my materials as well as making my products as sturdy as possible when it comes to design as well as making sure I am doing my part when it comes to recycling and recycling/using recycled filaments.

My products are not single use items and are meant to last a long time.
